We curate each recipient's box individually, then send you a photo of every finished box for approval before anything ships. Boxes are hand-assembled in Atlanta and shipped to each recipient's address.
Custom corporate programs start at 10 recipients. Below that, our ready-to-gift corporate boxes are available to order directly. Pricing is order-specific, shaped by your recipient list and budget rather than a one-size table.
We collect each recipient's address and ship every box individually, so nothing routes through your office. We ship U.S.-wide.
Yes. Each box is curated to the person rather than assembled from one fixed template, so a client gift and a team gift can differ inside the same order.
Six to eight weeks from approved concept, not counting delivery. A shorter timeline is only possible when we confirm it in writing for your specific project.
Projects start with 50% upfront. We send a photo of the finished concept for approval and you have 24 hours to request changes; if we don’t hear from you we proceed with what you approved. One reasonable round of revisions is included once you’ve chosen a direction. Gifts start at $75 each.
Before we start sourcing, you can cancel for a full refund. Once sourcing has been approved and begun, we refund what has not yet been committed. Once personalization or production starts, the project cannot be cancelled. A redesign, a restart or a real change of scope may affect price or timeline.

We curate each box with care, but due to limited-edition items and small-batch sourcing, some products may occasionally be substituted with an equally beautiful alternative of equal or greater value. If any item needs to be replaced, you'll be notified before your order ships.
Shipping & Delivery +
Dispatch timing depends on the order type. Ready-to-gift boxes and most AI Gift Concierge orders are dispatched within 5 to 7 business days. Gifts that need specially sourced items may take a little longer. Delivery time after dispatch depends on the carrier and destination. Need it urgently? Reach out and we'll do our best to make it happen.
