We curate each box with care, but due to limited-edition items and small-batch sourcing, some products may occasionally be substituted with an equally beautiful alternative of equal or greater value. If any item needs to be replaced, you'll be notified before your order ships.
Shipping & Delivery +
Dispatch timing depends on the order type. Ready-to-gift boxes ship in 2 to 3 business days, and most AI Gift Concierge orders ship in 5 to 7 business days — gifts that need specially sourced items may take a little longer. Please allow at least 7 business days for your order to arrive, depending on your location. Need it urgently? Reach out and we'll do our best to make it happen.
