It began during a time when everyone around me was celebrating milestones. Weddings, promotions, new beginnings. I found myself on an endless search for the perfect gift, wanting each one to be as special as the moment itself.
Instead I felt overwhelmed by impersonal, generic options. Too many times I sent gifts that arrived in crushed paper boxes with lifeless, typed notes. It felt disappointing, like something was missing.
That is when I knew there had to be a better way. I wanted to bring back the magic of gifting, not as an exchange but as an experience. Every package we curate, every note we design, every detail we perfect turns a simple gift into a lasting memory.

The endless scrolling that started all this is the one part of gifting I never wanted anyone else to repeat. So we built the AI Gift Concierge: you describe the person in a sentence, and we design the box around them in minutes.
Every box it suggests is still curated by hand, wrapped, wax-sealed, and photographed for your approval before it ships. The technology finds the idea. We still make the gift.
