How much does the gift concierge cost?

The concierge itself is complimentary. You simply set the budget for the gift, and most of our custom boxes are designed between $75 and $250. Every design is priced transparently before you approve anything, and there is no obligation until you do.

How fast can my gift box ship?

Most boxes are dispatched within 5 to 7 business days. If we are sourcing something special, we tell you upfront and it typically adds a few days. Delivery time after dispatch depends on the carrier and destination. Need it faster? Tell the concierge your date and we will be honest about what is possible.

Can I see the box before it ships?

Yes, always. A real photo of your finished box is sent to you for approval before it ships. It is our favorite promise, and the reason our unboxings never disappoint.

Do you design corporate and client gifts?

We love corporate gifting. Tell the concierge your headcount, budget per person, and occasion, and you will receive three tiered options with volume pricing, optional logo ribbons and branded cards, and shipping to one office or to every recipient's door.
