What Does a Bespoke Gift Box Actually Cost?
Custom always sounds like the expensive option. The word alone conjures a bigger invoice before anyone has even described what they want, which is exactly why so many people quietly talk themselves out of asking and grab something off a shelf instead: something safe, something that fits a budget they never actually confirmed in the first place.
Here is the part nobody tells you. A bespoke gift box is not priced like a mystery box where you pay first and hope. It works the other way around.
What Actually Shapes the Price
At Go Gaga Gifts, you set the budget before anything is designed, not after. You describe the person, the occasion, and roughly what you want to spend, and the box gets built to land there, not the other way around. You see the concept and the price together before you commit to anything, so there is no surprise waiting at checkout.
Budget first, design second. That is the whole model.
The Short Answer
Boxes start at $75, and there is no ceiling.
That is genuinely the whole pricing model. You name a number, and the box gets designed to it. A gift concierge does not work from a price list, it works from your budget, which is why nobody can quote you a range without asking about your person first.
Whatβs Already Built Into Every Price
A few things are standard on every bespoke box, whether it lands near the floor or well above it.
You tell us about your person in a sentence or two. We design the actual box around them, not a template. Every box ships in a keepsake wooden gift box made to be kept, with a wax-sealed envelope carrying your note in our handwriting, and if you upload a photo we print and frame it for free. You get a photo of the finished box to approve before it ever ships. It is hand-assembled in Atlanta and shipped anywhere in the USA. And if anything arrives damaged, a photo within seven days gets it replaced, free.
None of that is an upcharge tacked on top. It is just what βbespokeβ is supposed to include.
Everything above is standard, not an add-on.
What Actually Moves the Number Up or Down
The honest factors are simpler than people expect.
The items themselves are the biggest lever: a candle and a mug cost less to curate than a bundle of five keepsakes. Personalization, like a note or a monogram, adds a small step but rarely a large one.
Sourcing is the factor people never think of. If your brief calls for something we do not stock, we go and find it rather than substituting the closest thing on our own shelves. That effort is part of what a concierge budget actually buys, and it is the reason two boxes at the same price can involve very different amounts of work.

What Timing Costs You, and What It Does Not
Timeline does not change the price, but it does change what is possible, so be specific with us early.
A concierge box is designed and hand-assembled to order: plan on 7 to 10 business days in the studio plus 2 to 5 days in transit. Our ready-made boxes move faster, 2 to 3 business days, because they are already built. If you have a date, say so up front and we will tell you honestly whether it is doable rather than rush it at the last minute.
What That Looks Like in Practice
βI typed one line about my sister and got back something so specific it felt like they knew her. I have never had a gift land like that.β Tessa R., who asked for a calming box for her sister after a hard year.
That is the part a price tag does not capture. You are not buying items in a box, you are buying the hour someone else spends deciding which items belong together.
The finished gift, delivered. The hour you did not spend, included.
Corporate and Bulk Orders Work the Same Way
Gifting for a team does not multiply the guesswork, it just adds scale. One point of contact, one budget conversation, and boxes that still feel personal instead of identical, sent out on your timeline instead of forty separate orders. Our corporate gifting option runs on the exact same concierge pricing model, just sized for a list instead of one person.
So, Is Bespoke Actually Worth It?
It is worth it the moment you realize you were never paying for βcustomβ as a luxury add-on. You were paying for someone else to do the choosing, the sourcing, the wrapping, and the shipping, at a number you picked first.
Our gift concierge starts with one sentence about your person. Tell us your budget and letβs see what we would build.
